Payment Terms

Payment Terms: Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. Payment method also agreed at the point of quotation either online or over the phone. Acceptable Payment Methods: [Bank Transfer, Cash, PayPal].Service Provision: The services outlined in this quotation will be provided only after confirmation of quote by both parties.

Cancellation Policy: Quotations cancelled after payment will be subject to a cancellation fee of [3%] of the total invoice amount. Please note this only applies if we are moving items over 20 miles radius of pick up area.

Refund Policy: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 business days upon approval. A processing fee of 3% may apply to all refunds. Please note this only applies if we are moving items over 20 miles radius of pick up area.
